Hatch, New Mexico Chile Ristras

Our local chile ristras are seasonal and best between late August through December. Our chile ristras have been a local chiledecor for New Mexico's unique adobe homes for generations. The chile pods on the chile ristras can also be cooked and prepared for several dishes. The red and green chile here in New Mexico is a staple in New Mexican's diets.

Treated chile ristras can only be sold when they start to dry, which is approx. late September, then our links for the treated ristras will be available for purchase.
